A Cibes V90 was installed in an existing three-level private farmhouse in the UAE to make movement between floors easier and more comfortable during family stays and gatherings. Although the property is used as a vacation home rather than a full-time residence, the owner wanted convenient access between levels, especially in a building that includes leisure spaces such as a majlis, mini gym, and pool area. What made the project particularly suitable for Cibes was the limited lift space, where one of the V-Series size options could be selected to fit the available area precisely.
The owner wanted easier and more comfortable access between the three floors of the farmhouse. Even though the property is not used as a permanent residence, it is used for occasions and family visits, so a lift makes moving between levels more convenient.
Existing property (retrofit installation). The farmhouse was already built, and the lift was added later.
The main requirement was to fit the lift into a space that was not especially large. The available area for the lift was limited, so choosing a model and size that could make efficient use of the space was important.
The Cibes V90 was chosen because it offers a wide range of size options, making it easier to find a configuration that suits the available space. Its compact, self-contained design also makes it practical for an existing building where the owner wants to add convenient floor-to-floor access without major structural intervention.
This project shows that a home lift is not only for primary residences. In this case, the lift adds comfort and accessibility to a privately owned farmhouse used for leisure and family occasions. It also demonstrates the advantage of having multiple size options, allowing the lift to fit naturally within a space that might otherwise have been difficult to use.
