A two-stop Cibes Voyager Aurora home lift was installed in an existing villa at Sharjah Sustainable City to make everyday movement between floors easier for the family. The lift was especially helpful for the homeowner's wife, who had recently given birth, while also providing better accessibility for elderly parents when visiting. With its distinctive Cinnabar Rose design, the lift fits comfortably beside the staircase and adds a personal touch to the home's interior.
The family wanted greater comfort and convenience when moving between floors. At the time of installation, the homeowner's wife had recently given birth, making stair use less comfortable. They also considered the needs of their elderly parents, who would benefit from easier access when visiting.
Existing villa (retrofit installation). The lift was added after the home had already been completed.
There were no major installation challenges, as the available space beside the staircase was well suited to the Cibes lift's compact dimensions. The lift could be integrated into the existing layout without significant changes to the surrounding space.
The Cibes Voyager Aurora was chosen for its compact design and distinctive appearance. The homeowners particularly liked the Cinnabar Rose platform design, which adds an artistic element to the lift while complementing the home's interior finishes.
Located in Sharjah Sustainable City, this project shows how a home lift can support a family's changing needs. What started as a practical solution for everyday comfort also provides lasting convenience for visiting elderly parents. The colorful Cinnabar Rose design makes the lift a unique feature of the staircase area.
